地铁上的森林公园 | 无锡TOD项目方案设计

无锡万科TOD项目位于无锡滨湖区，北至震泽路，南至具区路，东至南湖大道，西至贡湖大道。地块分为三个部分，分别为沿河区、绿轴区、盖上住宅区。

The Wuxi Vanke TOD  is located in Wuxi Binhu District, north to Zhenze Road, south to Guqu Road, east to Nanhu Avenue, and west to Gonghu Avenue. The land is divided into three parts, namely the riverside area, the green axis area, and the residential area.

我们希望打造一个特色生态科技的立体城市休闲综合体 首个使市民产生共荣幸福感的全生命周期照护社区，使之成为无锡乃至整个太湖对外展现文化风貌的城市名片。

We hope to build a three-dimensional urban leisure complex with unique ecological technology. The first life-cycle care community that will create a sense of co-prosperity and happiness for citizens will make it a business card for Wuxi and the entire Taihu Lake to display its cultural features.

作为中瑞低碳生态城片区，我们立足于可持续的生态环境、水资源利用、绿色交通进行设计。

As a Sino-Swiss low-carbon eco-city area, we design based on sustainable ecological environment, water resources utilization and green transportation.

整体设计分为沿河区，绿轴区，盖上住宅区三大板块，分别对应杉吟之谷，水舞之川和云翠之城。本文主要介绍前两个板块。

The overall design is divided into three major sections along the river, the green axis, and the residential area, which correspond to the cedar valley, the galloping glacier and the forest city. This article focuses on the first two sections.

我们设计了水秀舞台，杉林瀑影，缤纷峡谷，漂浮水花园，星光瞭望台等五部分景观。意图打造生态商业街区，入口台地，趣味下沉空间，净化湿地，绿轴门户等。

We designed five parts of landscapes, such as the water show stage, the fir forest waterfall, the colorful canyon, the floating water garden, and the starry lookout. The intention is to create ecological commercial blocks, entrance platforms, fun sinking spaces, purification of wetlands, green axis portals, etc.

海绵城市分析

利用上盖区域设计自然水体，种植水生植物，净化水质的同时，成为鸟类昆虫游鱼等的生态栖息地，营造与自然共生的人居环境。

Use the upper cover area to design natural water bodies, plant aquatic plants, and purify the water while becoming an ecological habitat for birds, insects, and fish, and create a living environment that coexists with nature.

我们设置了趣味水秀舞台，垂直绿化，台地花海，数字水帘，瞭望塔，弧形拱桥，水岛屿，商业展览，星光草阶，波浪跌水，趣味装置等景观节点。

We set up interesting water show stages, vertical greening, terraced sea of flowers, digital water curtains, watchtowers, curved arch bridges, water islands, commercial exhibitions, star grass steps, wave falling water, interesting installations and other landscape nodes.

数控水秀舞台、落水阶梯和大广场，结合了科技，亲水，活动，带给市民满满的幸福感。

The numerical control water show stage, the falling water ladder and the large square combine technology, hydrophilicity, and activities to bring a full sense of happiness to the citizens.

漫漫花海结合水杉林，创造出生态环境，给城市居民带来身处大自然的独特体验。

The long sea of flowers combined with metasequoia forests create an ecological environment and bring urban residents a unique experience of being in nature.

身处缤纷峡谷，可以走在位于树冠层的步行天桥，感受树冠层的自然，也可以陪孩子玩嵌入自然地形中的溜滑梯，也可以戏水游玩自然和人类活动完美结合，在生态中感受幸福生活.

In the colorful canyon, you can walk on the pedestrian overpass located in the tree canopy and feel the nature of the tree canopy. You can also accompany children to play the slides embedded in the natural terrain. You can also play in the water and play the perfect combination of nature and human activities.

漂浮水花园是一个漂浮在水上的生态花园，也是一个漂浮在城市中的生态花园。这里有独特的滨水景观，生物等。

与一般的生态花园不同的是，这是结合了数字化管理的智慧绿洲，达到自然景观高效智能免维护效能.

The floating water garden is an ecological garden floating on the water, and it is also an ecological garden floating in the city. There are unique waterfront landscapes, creatures and more.

大面积的跌水湿地提供了市民阖家亲水的场所，热闹幸福是这块空间的基调，搭配有智慧健身器材给幸福的感受上又增添了一份科技感.

A large area of wetlands provides a place for citizens to feel at home. Lively happiness is the keynote of this space. With intelligent fitness equipment, it adds a sense of technology to the feeling of happiness.

我们设计了康体运动水岸，乐活探索水岸，生态涵养水岸，商业休闲水岸，等四部分景观。分别打造多功能游玩空间，野趣探索空间，幽谷湿地空间，时尚娱乐广场等。

We designed four parts of landscapes, such as the sports waterfront, the leisure waterfront, the ecological conservation waterfront, the commercial leisure waterfront, and so on. Create a multi-functional play space, a wild exploration space, a valley wetland space, a stylish entertainment plaza, etc.

包括亲水平台，儿童游乐设施，阳光草坪，康体健身设施，波浪草阶，探索汀步，生态绿岛，湿地栈道，观鸟小筑，蒲风荷韵，柳荫湖畔，花间跌瀑等景观节点。

Including hydrophilic platform, children's play facilities, sunny lawns, fitness facilities, wave grass steps, exploring Tingbu, ecological green island, wetland boardwalk, bird watching, Zhufengheyun, Liuyin Lakeside, waterfalls among flowers And other landscape nodes.

由于这个项目因为一些难以调控的场地因素，万科业主最终没能争取到这块场地，使得我们的设计也只停留在概念阶段，很遗憾的没能将我们美好的设计落地。同时也感谢业主能让我们有这个机会让我们发挥我们的构想，希望今后一起努力，未来能将更好的项目实施落地带给大家。

Due to some difficult-to-control site factors for this project, Vanke's owners failed to win this site in the end, making our design only stay at the concept stage, and unfortunately failed to land our beautiful design.
